📋 Description

• Perform business analysis on technology and business improvement projects • Focus on stakeholder analysis, requirement development and management, and acceptance testing • Identify and clarify innovative business solutions aligned with divisional and corporate strategy • Use analysis tools and techniques to deliver cost-effective solutions and improve efficiencies • Participate in developing the Business Analysis Practice and Business Analysis Framework • Write and update Business Case documents • Assess and document business value propositions throughout project execution • Foster partnerships with customers and business partners • Establish and document business processes • Set up project and work breakdown structures • Track project budgets and expenditures and monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field • Progressive experience in providing business analysis in employee benefits, financial services, technology delivery, or other related fields • 5-7 years' experience • Achievement of or progress toward FLMI, CBAP, or CCBA preferred • PMP, certification in Process or Performance Management, or certification in Quality Assurance/Testing desirable • Experience working on complex, including Enterprise-wide, assignments • Communication, facilitation, collaboration, verbal and written communication, problem solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time • Leadership and mentoring skills • Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models • Knowledge of computer software such as Visual Basic, Java, and SQL
