• Foster new relationships with school administrators and teachers • Develop training in curriculum and instructional materials • Create onboarding processes for new schools and chapters • Implement local and regional strategies for SkillsUSA Texas growth • Build key partnerships with stakeholders • Coordinates district registrations and supplies • Oversee district competitions and training for district coordinators
• At least five years of experience in education • Bachelor’s degree related to the field • Prior SkillsUSA work history recommended • Experience in career and technical education (CTE) classroom • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office • Comfortable with technology (ZOOM, Quickbooks, etc.) • Ability to design and edit graphic presentations • Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills in cloud-based environments • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively • Proven high professional and ethical standards • Excellent organizational skills
• Extensive travel required • Working evenings and weekends as needed
