📋 Description
• Help build programs for managing large numbers of merchants through automations and playbooks • Help drive success through proactive outreach to merchants for consultation and mentoring on subscription best practices • Help drive contract renewals • Assist in ongoing quality assurance and testing of new features and documentation to drive merchant adoption • Assist in accounting and collections as required • Work alongside Merchant Success Managers to ensure merchant growth and success
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with Shopify is required • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service • Eagerness to go above and beyond to ensure merchant success • Enterprise success experience is not required
