📋 Description

• Support project management and financial operations across the LLCs • Perform data entry, contract management, and financial reporting across all stages of the contract life cycle from pre-award to close-out • Generate financial reports for LLCs and relevant stakeholders • Prepare monthly BU / LLC financial reports and present data and analysis to Business Unit GMs, Presidents, and Project Managers • Use intermediate Excel skills to analyze and present financial data • Review contracts and modifications and enter project codes, contract value, and funding into Costpoint • Authorize employee access to project codes in the system • Review monthly financial data before accounting close and determine required entries • Enter Revenue Adjustments, Adjusting and Recurring Journal Entries, WIP entries, and project and accounting code corrections/reclassifications • Reconcile financial data between systems • Assist with financial portions of final invoices during contract closeouts • Assist Project Managers with updating budgets and forecasts • Monitor project expenditures, labor costs, and resource utilization against approved budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field from a major university preferred • Two (2) years of relevant experience in government contract finance and reporting processes preferred • Intermediate Excel skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Thirst for knowledge and capacity to learn and accurately apply knowledge • Ability to achieve zero error rate, timely productivity, and efficiency in assigned work
