📋 Description

• Lead an engineering organization of roughly 20 full-time engineers spanning the U.S. and the U.K. • Set delivery direction, operating rhythm, quality standards, and capacity allocation • Own engineering quality and reliability for customer-facing casino applications • Establish production readiness standards, observability, test automation strategy, and incident response • Partner with Product, Design, and TPM leadership to shape the roadmap and drive iterative delivery • Hire, develop, and coach engineering managers and senior individual contributors • Design organizational structure and talent strategy • Represent iCasino Experiences in cross-organization architecture, delivery, and people programs • Improve engineering practices, planning processes, and operational maturity • Resolve ambiguous cross-team problems • Travel occasionally to offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience • 4+ years leading engineering teams through managers • Proven ownership of consumer-facing product experiences at scale • Experience leading organizations building mobile products where speed, polish, and reliability are differentiators • Strong delivery leadership across multiple teams • Demonstrated ability to build and scale engineering organizations • Experience owning production reliability for customer-facing systems, including observability, on-call structures, incident management, and post-incident improvement • Strong technical judgment across modern client and backend architectures • Ability to lead distributed teams across time zones • Preferred: experience in online gaming or highly regulated industries, including certification and compliance processes • Preferred: experience leading high-end mobile applications and content management or personalization systems • Preferred: track record driving cross-organization initiatives • Preferred: startup or high-growth environment experience
