📋 Description

• Own the framework for allocating generosity budget across player cohorts and promotional mechanics • Monitor and improve Return to Customer (RTC) efficiency across the player base • Build and maintain the flow-through model connecting promotional spend to downstream player value, including Casino and OSB cross-sell economics • Act as the primary interface with Finance for generosity and promotional spend • Build data-backed investment cases for new mechanics, budget changes and strategic tests • Partner with Analytics to track cohort and mechanic performance • Work with CRM, Product and Finance to align generosity and flowthrough strategy with broader growth objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a growth, CRM, or commercial strategy role, ideally in iGaming, iCasino or a highly regulated digital business • Strong financial modeling skills; comfortable building and defending investment cases with Finance stakeholders • Advanced proficiency with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Tableau, Looker) to analyze cohort and promotional performance • Experience designing or managing bonusing/generosity frameworks and measuring their ROI • Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance, CRM, Product and Analytics • Experience with RTC/Return-to-Player modeling in an iCasino context (nice to have) • Background in pricing, revenue management or promotional economics (nice to have) • Exposure to cross-sell strategy between casino and sportsbook products (nice to have)
