📋 Description
• Support Public Safety agencies by delivering remote demonstrations of UAS solutions • Collaborate with Account Executives and conduct technical discovery • Assist customers with DFR Dock deployment planning and site readiness • Support and lead customer DFR Dock trials and field evaluations • Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers • Capture and communicate customer feedback for product improvements • Work cross-functionally with various teams to provide excellent customer experiences • Maintain knowledge of Public Safety technologies
🎯 Requirements
• FAA Part 107 Certificate • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs unaided • Strong understanding of drone technology • Familiarity with Drone as First Responder (DFR) concepts • Experience with DFR Dock deployments and remote sUAS operations
