📋 Description

• Create high-quality, photorealistic interior renderings • Translate floor plans, elevations, sketches, inspiration images, and design direction into accurate 3D visuals • Accurately represent specified furniture, finishes, materials, lighting, millwork, and architectural details • Make revisions efficiently based on feedback from the design team • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Collaborate closely with designers and other team members

🎯 Requirements

• Previous professional rendering experience is required • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior architectural renderings • Excellent understanding of interior design, scale, proportion, materials, lighting, and detailing • Proficiency in professional 3D modeling and rendering software • Exceptional attention to detail is a must • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy or quality • Strong communication and time-management skills • Ability to take direction and work collaboratively as part of a team • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
