📋 Description

• Own end-to-end program delivery for enterprise technology initiatives, including scoping, planning, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment • Partner with business, product, UX, and software engineering teams to align priorities and inform the technology roadmap • Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies before they become blockers • Coordinate system integrations across Slate’s technology stack and ensure reliable, well-documented data flows • Map, document, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes across enterprise systems and operational workflows • Identify process gaps, drive alignment, and implement sustainable standards • Develop and execute change management plans for system deployments and process changes • Coordinate stakeholder communication and training, and track adoption • Build and maintain PMO standards, including templates, governance frameworks, meeting cadences, RAID log practices, and reporting structures • Facilitate recurring governance forums and track action items • Produce executive-ready documentation to keep leadership informed and programs on track • Simplify ambiguous, cross-functional work while avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, or technology implementation roles • Experience ideally within manufacturing, automotive, or complex hardware environments • Hands-on experience managing full-cycle implementations from requirements through hypercare • Working knowledge of system integration patterns, API-based connectivity, and middleware concepts • Ability to support technical teams responsible for coding integrations • Ability to produce and maintain process maps, SOPs, RACI matrices, and workflow documentation suitable for training and audit • Familiarity with structured change management approaches and experience applying them in technology rollouts • Proficiency in program tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar • Proficiency with documentation platforms such as Confluence • Proficiency in executive reporting formats • PMP or equivalent certification preferred • Familiarity with DV/PV/SOP milestone structures, BOM management, or shop-floor operations is a strong plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
