📋 Description

• Service and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including cooking, refrigeration, and ware-washing systems • Troubleshoot issues using diagrams, schematics, and hands-on diagnostics • Partner with restaurant and hospitality customers to keep their operations running • Communicate with manufacturers and internal technical support teams when needed • Install parts and complete repairs in a timely, professional manner • Maintain accurate work orders, inventory, and service records • Keep the company vehicle organized and job-ready • Follow all safety standards and best practices • Participate in an on-call rotation covering nights and weekends • Occasionally travel overnight

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in or be relocating to the immediate Fort Myers, Naples, or Estero areas • High school diploma or equivalent • Mechanical aptitude or some hands-on technical experience, such as appliances, HVAC, automotive, or military experience • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation covering nights and weekends • Ability to occasionally travel overnight • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks including kneeling, bending, and climbing • Technical certifications such as EPA or CFESA are preferred but not required • Experience with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment is preferred but not required
