📋 Description

• Manage a large SAP program or cluster of SAP projects • Govern programs and define methodologies and best practices for the Customer Success department • Facilitate use of archives and tools • Collaborate with customers, partners, system owners, and technical architects • Oversee project delivery and ensure programs remain on track and are delivered on time • Identify risks early and define clear mitigation actions • Define and ensure compliance with project processes and approval gateways • Establish and maintain project plans tracking delivery progress and schedules • Agree reporting profiles covering resources, costs, and milestone achievement • Manage the Project Time Management Plan defined by senior management • Build schedules using internal WBS standards, contractual targets, and stakeholder data • Update schedule and revenue status, highlighting gaps between actual and baseline • Identify potential delays and monitor critical paths, risks, and schedule margins • Consolidate, review, and present program data to Customer Success leadership • Report project progress, milestone achievement, risk mitigation, budgets, margins, actual costs, and business review dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Post Graduate degree in Engineering – IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent • Excellent communication skills in English • Ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate at all levels, including top management • Strong knowledge of SAP systems • Several years of program and client management experience • Ability to oversee multiple project details simultaneously • In-depth understanding of ERP SAP business solutions as a Program Manager • Excellent client-facing and relationship management experience • PMP/PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent • SAP S/4HANA experience is desirable • Leadership skills, attention to detail, data literacy, and organizational awareness • Prior experience working with global teams is preferable • Strong people orientation and collaboration skills • 10+ years of experience in an IT organization involved in end-to-end software services/product development • Minimum 7 years of experience managing/leading a project management office • Strong delivery and process background • Experience in project/program execution and management • Must be authorized to work in the US through a US Green Card or US Citizenship
