📋 Description

• Receive inbound sales calls and understand customers’ storage needs • Recommend appropriate storage units • Overcome objections to obtain storage-unit reservations or rent units over the phone • Answer existing customers’ questions, take payments, and resolve concerns • Make outbound calls to follow up on rental reservations • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets • Perform duties assigned by supervisors

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in both French and English is required • Good computer skills • Excellent verbal, phone, and email communication • Ability to build relationships (both internal and external) • Good problem-solving abilities • Multi-tasking is a must • A dedicated, quiet, secure workspace free of distractions • Excellent internet connectivity • Ability to work weekends • Customer-centric and sales-driven with a can-do attitude
