📋 Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of short-form video production • Edit raw client AI Avatar footage into engaging Reels, Shorts, and TikToks on schedule • Use HeyGen, CapCut AI, ElevenLabs, and similar tools to accelerate production • Keep video products fresh, high-quality, and consistent across clients • Research platform algorithms, viral audio, and trending formats and apply them to client content • Perform quality assurance for brand alignment, audio balance, caption accuracy, formatting, visual bugs, AI artifacts, framing, and graphic typos • Help move video operations from reactive to proactive • Deliver social content that drives client retention and value • Reduce workload for the senior video team

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience editing short-form social media video (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) • Hands-on experience using AI content generation and video creation tools in daily workflow • Portfolio showing fast-paced editing, strong hook strategies, dynamic captions, and creative AI integration • Aptitude for adopting and mastering modern AI video, audio, image, and text platforms • Deep understanding of short-form algorithms, pacing, visual hooks, and audience retention • Sharp eye and ear for audio mix, visual bugs, AI artifact cleanup, framing issues, and graphic typos • High responsiveness and eagerness to test new tools, iterate fast, and continuously improve the final product • Demonstrated portfolio of short-form edits with clear use or understanding of AI-assisted tools • Strong commitment to high QA standards and fast turnaround • Preferred familiarity with HeyGen, Opus Clip, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI features, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
