📋 Description

• Serve as the operating room expert for CORI robotic assisted knee and hip solutions, providing hands on case coverage for new and existing customers • Drive adoption, utilization, and growth of CORI technology in partnership with Joint Reconstruction and Capital Sales teams • Support product launches, competitive conversions, and strategic growth initiatives within the territory • Train surgeons and hospital staff to achieve confidence and technical proficiency in live surgical environments • Identify commercial opportunities, generate leads, and contribute directly to territory revenue performance • Represent Smith+Nephew at labs, in services, and medical education events

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in medical device sales or operating room based commercial roles • Experience in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, robotics, or capital equipment strongly preferred • A competitive, results driven mindset with the ability to influence in high pressure operating room environments • Proven ability to build strong relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders • Post secondary degree or equivalent commercial or clinical experience • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including regular overnight travel • Must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with healthcare facility requirements, which can include established vaccine protocols
