📋 Description

• Execute product placement strategies across retail locations • Stock merchandise and maintain shelf visibility and display space for Smithfield and Private Label items • Follow route schedules, flavor schematics, and safety practices • Provide merchandising and retail support across all accounts • Execute deli store sets and coordinate with warehouses for product placement • Maintain Point-of-Sale materials • Support promotional efforts and advertising campaigns • Coordinate product demonstrations and training sessions • Develop relationships at store, wholesale, and manufacturing levels • Utilize market data, rankings, and sales trends to improve placement and retail support • Support new product launches and drive sales growth • Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate cross-functionally

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of relevant experience required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Work experience with spreadsheet, word processing, and sales software applications • Strong planning, organization, execution, and problem-solving abilities • Excellent oral and written communication capabilities • Effective customer service and teamwork within fast-paced, dynamic environments • Valid driver's license with clean record • Ability to travel 100% of the time • Prior relevant retail grocery experience preferred • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often 6–8 hours per day • Frequently lift, carry, and move products or boxes weighing 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs. • Regularly bend, stoop, squat, and kneel • Occasionally climb ladders or step stools • Ability to push and pull carts loaded with merchandise • Ability to work in refrigerated areas, outdoor spaces, and busy retail floors
