📋 Description

• Work with clients to identify and understand benefit plan requirements • Build and maintain pharmacy benefit plans for client groups • Organize benefit configuration and structure for assigned accounts • Monitor plan data integrity • Assist with process improvement efforts • Maintain prior authorizations and step therapy rules • Grandfather/transition new clients and update formularies at the direction of the clinical team • Communicate project status and escalate issues when appropriate • Provide insights into workflow efficiency improvements • Collaborate with member support and customer success teams to resolve benefits inquiries • Provide troubleshooting support for claims adjudication • Support new client implementations • Conduct go-live testing and post-go-live auditing • Support plan accuracy verification

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in payer/claims and benefit configuration required • Analytical skills • Microsoft Excel skills • Strong communication skills via face-to-face meetings, conference calls and written correspondence • Self-starter mentality with ability to make informed decisions and find creative approaches to difficult challenges • Solutions-oriented problem-solving and efficiency-driven approach • Flexible, dependable, adaptable, and able to respond under pressure in a fast-paced technology company
