📋 Description

• Maintain, reconcile, and analyze assigned general ledger accounts monthly • Lead financial reporting and accounting activities of subsidiary companies • Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and GAAP requirements • Process journal entries and adjustments for assigned accounts • Collaborate with the Financial Services Department throughout the fiscal month • Support treasury functions, including cash management, account analysis, and related reporting • Support internal and external audit processes • Support the internal controls framework • Maintain internal control documentation related to the general ledger

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required • 3-5 years of experience • ERP experience • SAP preferred • Intermediate or above proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office programs • QuickBooks knowledge • Strong analytical skills • Ability to meet required deadlines • Detail-oriented • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
