📋 Description

• Design, implement, and lead a formal monthly SIOP process, including demand review, supply review, reconciliation, and executive SIOP meetings • Establish and maintain an integrated demand planning process • Lead 4–5 SIOP resources across three production sites through a cross-site council with dotted-line reporting • Develop rolling forecasts using customer forecasts, historical demand, market and sales inputs, program requirements, and other demand signals • Partner with Commercial and Program Management teams to evaluate, reconcile, and validate demand assumptions • Translate approved demand plans into material, component, production, and capacity requirements • Incorporate electronic component lead times, allocation constraints, bills of material, supplier limitations, and supply risks into planning decisions • Develop and maintain rolling capacity plans across manufacturing locations • Present planning gaps, business risks, competing priorities, and recommended trade-offs to executive leadership • Lead inventory planning strategies balancing customer service, working capital, material availability, and excess/obsolete inventory exposure • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on forecast changes, production priorities, supply constraints, and recovery plans • Support new product introductions, program launches, product transfers, and production ramp-ups • Establish and monitor SIOP and demand planning metrics • Analyze planning performance, identify root causes, and implement process improvements • Promote disciplined use of ERP and planning systems for data integrity, scenario analysis, and reporting • Develop planning standards, governance, roles, and decision-making processes • Lead organizational change initiatives and align multiple departments and stakeholder groups • Influence business decisions through data-driven analysis, strategic planning, and risk assessment • Travel 11–25% based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline preferred • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) a plus • 10+ years in supply chain/operations planning, with 5+ years in a SIOP/S&OP leadership role • Experience in EMS, contract manufacturing, or complex multi-customer/high-mix electronics or industrial manufacturing environments strongly preferred • Deep understanding of electronic component supply chains, including lead times, allocation dynamics, and BOM-driven planning • Track record of building a SIOP process from a low-maturity starting point • Strong ERP/planning systems experience, such as Kinaxis or similar • Excel/data fluency • Analytical rigor combined with strong executive communication and cross-functional influence skills • Ability to travel as required by business needs • Candidates must currently live in Arizona, Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, or Wisconsin • Ability to maintain a safe and secure remote workspace with reliable internet access • Ability to occasionally lift office materials up to 20 pounds
