📋 Description

• Enroll students into Undergraduate and Graduate degree programs at SNHU • Report to the Admission Team Lead/Director • Respond to prospective-student inquiries through email, live chat, telephone, and other marketing channels • Assist students through the enrollment process and serve as a liaison to campus departments and student advocate • Conduct phone interviews to evaluate prospective students' needs, interests, and qualifications • Present accurate and ethical information about SNHU, programs, delivery modes, accreditation, structure, and cost • Achieve goals related to daily activity, schedule adherence, ready time, call outline adherence, call and email flow, service and support, compliance, and program knowledge • Follow SNHU admission policies, procedures, regulations, and accrediting standards • Manage ready time, follow-up time, and chat schedules • Build relationships and manage call flow and pipelines • Partner with Financial Aid, Enrollment Support Services, and Advising • Escalate issues and uphold SNHU policies, procedures, integrity, and ethics • Participate in commencement or commencement-related activities as required • Perform additional assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or some college coursework must be completed • Equivalent experience in lieu of degree acceptable • At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience in relationship or consultative sales • Flexible to work either Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday • Must reside in an approved Synergy state within the Central, Eastern, Mountain, or Pacific time zones • Hawaii is not eligible for consideration • Reliable internet connection • Dedicated, properly equipped workspace free of distractions
