📋 Description

• Drive the Talent Capability & Learning vision and mission through learning experiences and services • Manage the direction, alignment, and commitment of learning experiences teams • Articulate target audiences and align learning services to audience needs • Lead cross-functional teams delivering faculty onboarding, training, and development • Design, execute, and continuously improve learning experiences using updated curriculum, learning technologies, and evidence-informed practices • Partner with leadership and Provost designees to provide learning supports for adjunct faculty • Establish alignment and integration with other SNHU learning experiences • Execute internal processes supporting coordination and collaboration across functional teams • Manage the assigned budget for adjunct learning • Establish metrics, evaluate impact, and inform continuous improvement with Learning Analytics • Ensure IACET standards, compliance requirements, and remediation planning • Represent the team in internal partnerships • Apply learning theory and design principles consistently • Serve as a subject matter expert in human/enduring skill development • Lead university strategies and cross-functional initiatives aligned with organizational priorities and business outcomes • Use approved Artificial Intelligence tools and emerging technologies responsibly • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Learning & Development, Organizational development/leadership, Adult Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field • 3+ years of experience in a learning and development leadership capacity or related experience • Experience with performance consulting, including guiding new ideas, assessing business needs, identifying skill gaps, and creating solutions • Experience applying learning and development best practices to support effective learning and learner outcomes • Deep expertise in learning experience design and development lifecycle, learning science, and instructional technologies • Experience building relationships and influencing cross-functional and matrixed teams • Experience leading and prioritizing multiple complex initiatives • Project management and performance consulting practices • Experience leveraging data to analyze trends, generate insights, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement • Familiarity with technology and LMS platforms across online and in-person environments • Demonstrated knowledge of the learning and talent industry • Experience delivering learning experiences that strengthen organizational and individual capability and performance • Experience tailoring communication for diverse audiences and stakeholders • Experience navigating changing priorities and business needs • Must reside in and work from one of the approved states • Reliable internet connection and dedicated, properly equipped workspace free of distractions
