📋 Description

• Lead program design, data collection, prioritization, and assembly of initial classes and evaluations • Determine best practices, base requirements, grading rubrics, and related program standards • Oversee development by learning content developers and manage quality and deliverables • Support trainers, instructional designers, and administrators during program implementation • Participate in relevant corporate programs and initiatives • Comply with professional, quality, corporate policy, procedure, security, ethical, and Solventum value standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and five years of experience in instructional design, or high school diploma/GED and 11+ years of instructional design experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree • Three years designing and developing e-learning and ILT • Two years designing and developing learning content for the federal government • Five years leading varied-scope projects across functional teams or within area of expertise • Must be located in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen • Must be able to pass a Government background check for a position of T3 Public Trust • Proficiency with multiple course authoring solutions such as Storyline, Camtasia, and AuthorIt • Experience training trainers and writing training guides • Experience developing training for Solventum 360 Encompass software and other solutions • Ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences • Recent experience designing for a range of learning environments, major technologies, and platforms • Professional training in Adult Education, Organizational Learning, Education Technology, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Psychology, or a related field is an additional qualification • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship
