📋 Description

• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment • Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific methodologies and initiatives • Coordinate, organize, and implement training programs • Ensure the success of new-hire training and onboarding programs for TaskUs and its clients • Manage up to 8 Learning Experience Leaders as direct reports • Maintain training schedules and update employee rosters for assigned sites and/or GEOs • Create seats for new learning experience staff, including job descriptions, duties, and pay ranges • Interview, onboard, and set expectations for learning experience staff • Grade, observe, evaluate, coach, and provide feedback to learning experience staff • Establish quarterly KPIs, standards, performance evaluations, and goals • Provide tools and resources for training-material creation • Maintain electronic records for Learning Experience Leaders • Analyze training evaluations to identify trends, improve training, reduce speed-to-proficiency targets, and provide client feedback • Create and maintain innovative training methodologies • Develop courses for current employee growth and development • Communicate with Recruiting and Operations to improve the pipeline-to-production cycle and trainee performance feedback • Allocate resources for occupational health and safety prevention and control measures • Ensure worker training in occupational health and safety • Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Four-year college degree in a related field preferred • Five years of previous training experience • Two years of previous management experience, preferably in training or learning development • Two years of previous BPO experience, preferably • Two years of previous technical support and/or emergency coordination, emergency response, or crisis management experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong coaching and mentoring skills • Travel required, up to 25% of the time • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to rapid change • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and long hours • High-energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem-resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
