📋 Description

• Design instructional content and learning materials for ISC2 Education deliverables • Apply instructional design strategies and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences • Influence course statements and analysis documents defining learning project scope • Manage subject matter experts and third-party providers developing interactive learning solutions • Collaborate with multimedia and development teams to deliver engaging learning assets • Lead stakeholders in evaluating learning and implementing updates or revisions • Support team professional development in technology-specific and instructional design best practices • Research internal and external resources for instructional and learner material development • Review and revise course content designs to ensure quality learning experiences • Maintain proficiency in curriculum, learning design, development tools, and current learning preferences • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Online Learning, or a related IT field • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in curriculum and learning design, development, and delivery • Proficient knowledge of Learning Management Systems; D2L preferred • Exceptional ability to work with subject matter experts to guide online course asset development and standards alignment • Ability to use advanced adult learning and instructional design principles to create effective distance-learning courses • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint • Experience with assessment development and/or standards alignment preferred • Experience working with AI tools or demonstrated willingness to learn • Effective communication and presentation skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Experience in the association industry is a plus • Ability to work normal and extended business hours when necessary • Up to 10% travel required • Position is not available to residents of California • Ability to remain stationary, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods • Ability to occasionally transport and/or lift up to 25 lbs. of equipment or packages
