📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders to design and implement enterprise talent strategies that build leadership capability, develop critical skills, and support business transformation • Oversee organizational design, workforce planning, and change management • Shape performance management practices, coach executives, and implement leadership development programs • Provide strategic oversight on complex employee relations matters, investigations, and compliance • Promote inclusion and accountability • Use HR analytics and business metrics to influence executive decisions and measure talent-strategy impact on business outcomes • Partner with Total Rewards and business leaders on competitive compensation strategies, compliance, and governance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred • 5+ years of progressive HR and talent development experience • Significant leadership and executive-level business partnership experience • Ability to advise and influence senior executives in complex, matrixed environments • Deep knowledge of organizational development, leadership development, workforce planning, and change management principles • Strong business acumen and executive presence • Exceptional communication skills • Ability to use analytics to drive decisions • Experience leading enterprise-wide talent initiatives or transformations • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, Workday, or ADP preferred
