📋 Description

• Design and develop complex instructional materials and resources using varied learning methods, including blended learning, eLearning, and microlearning • Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning labs for diverse audiences • Apply instructional design, training evaluation, and project management practices • Assist the Training Program Manager with training projects from conception to completion • Ensure training delivery aligns with organizational learning goals • Conduct training needs assessment, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, communication, and post-training evaluation • Assess learner needs and evaluate learning outcomes • Recommend improvements to training programs • Mentor others and help advance organizational learning effectiveness • Participate in a 15-minute demo/facilitation when requested by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, or a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related work experience substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis • Demonstrated expertise with instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and Agile Learning • Experience applying learning evaluation methods, including surveys, assessments, and performance metrics • Strong portfolio of learning materials created using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar • Previous experience mentoring or coaching trainers or learning professionals preferred • Advanced facilitation and presentation skills • Ability to engage all levels of the organization • Strong analytical skills for assessing learner needs, evaluating outcomes, and recommending improvements • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) administration and reporting • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality learning solutions on time • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end training programs, including needs assessment, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, communication, and post-training evaluation • Participation in internal and external meetings via video calls as necessary • Ability to work onsite at corporate or client offices as necessary • For roles requiring business travel or event attendance, ability to lift 25 lbs as necessary • For roles requiring business travel or event attendance, valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
