📋 Description

• Prospect, qualify, and transfer new students to Admission Counselors • Communicate with new student prospects by phone using inbound and outbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research • Serve as the first point of contact and provide top-tier customer service • Provide world-class support to internal and external customers • Maintain university key performance indicators measured daily, weekly, monthly, and year over year • Uphold SNHU policies and procedures with integrity and ethics • Manage and protect sensitive and critical client information • Maintain product knowledge and provide accurate information • Report to an Inquiry Response Team Lead • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 1+ year of relevant experience in customer service, sales, contact center, or a comparable customer-facing environment with regular phone-based customer interactions and managing multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting • 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Windows and web-based applications or computer systems to access, enter, or maintain customer information while navigating multiple systems simultaneously • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills • Aptitude for learning and retaining product, program, or service information and communicating it accurately to customers • Reliable internet connection • Dedicated, properly equipped workspace free of distractions • Must reside in and work from one of the approved states • Training availability Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm Eastern for the first 3 weeks • Permanent schedule availability Tuesday–Saturday, 11:30am–8:00pm Eastern from week 4 onward
