âą Investigate trends, competitive developments, learner behavior, program demand, and other topics shaping U.S. higher education âą Monitor and review industry literature and research publications âą Maintain a system to curate publications, competitive intelligence, and internal research/reports âą Create and continuously update landscape summaries relevant to higher education âą Use third-party platforms and public datasets to investigate markets, programs, populations, competitors, and opportunities âą Partner with Product Marketing and other teams on new programs, markets, audiences, and strategic questions âą Provide data support for program portfolio reviews and new program proposals âą Conduct ad hoc research on market and competitive trends âą Build, maintain, and update external data models and reports using tools such as Microsoft Fabric/PowerBI âą Monitor and summarize internal performance trends across products, segments, and demographics âą Enhance reports and dashboards based on feedback, insights, and institutional goals âą Improve and anticipate feedback on analytic projects and tools âą Present analysis findings to diverse audiences in multiple formats âą Track multiple priorities and projects using project management software âą Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
âą 3+ years of professional experience in market research âą Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics or similar field âą Experience analyzing information, developing meaningful insights, and communicating findings to a variety of audiences âą Familiarity with US higher education industry terms and data sources âą Ability to build and update models and reports in Fabric/PowerBI, including intermediate proficiency with DAX and PowerQuery âą Proficiency in Excel, including lookups and mathematical formulas âą Experience developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations to audiences from executives to individual contributors âą Familiarity with SharePoint, Outlook, and project management software âą Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and validation of data âą Ability to responsibly leverage Artificial Intelligence for workflows, summarization, and analysis âą Employees must reside in, and work from, one of SNHU's approved states
