📋 Description

• Engage students in an asynchronous and inclusive learning environment by providing guidance and resources in a pre-developed online course • Provide instruction, feedback, and experiential and application-based learning to help students achieve learning and career goals • Report to the faculty dean team • Respond to students within set timeframes and proactively support students needing additional assistance • Recognize student needs holistically and connect them with resources • Encourage participation, collaboration, and strong faculty-student relationships • Stay current in the field, share expertise, and recommend supplementary materials • Explain complex topics in accessible ways • Evaluate student work and provide individualized, constructive feedback within set timeframes • Facilitate active participation in online discussions and foster an inclusive, engaging, respectful environment

🎯 Requirements

• A Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Healthcare Informatics, or Informatics • 2+ years experience in health information systems or management • Registered Health Information Administrator or Registered Health Information Technician
