📋 Description

• Engage students in an asynchronous and inclusive learning environment through a pre-developed online course • Provide instruction, feedback, and experiential and application-based learning • Support students in achieving their learning and career goals • Report to the faculty dean team • Respond to students within set timeframes and proactively reach out to students needing additional support • Recognize student needs holistically and connect them with resources • Encourage participation, collaboration, and faculty-student relationships • Stay current in the field of expertise and share relevant experience and supplementary materials • Explain complex topics in accessible ways • Evaluate student work and provide individualized, constructive feedback within set timeframes • Facilitate active participation in online discussions and foster an inclusive, engaging, and respectful environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Game Development, Interactive Media, Game Theory, Game Art, Game Programming, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field • 2+ years of multidisciplinary game development experience • Proficiency in Unity • Proficiency in Unreal • Proficiency in Paper/Analog Prototyping • Proficiency in Scripting for Prototypes • Proficiency in Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration • Proficiency in Iteration Workflow
