• Lead a portfolio of client accounts, owning relationships from day-to-day execution through long-term strategy • Act as a true client partner, building trust by deeply understanding each client’s business, brand, and internal challenges • Translate client goals into clear creative and strategic direction for internal teams • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (producers, strategists, creatives), ensuring alignment and high-quality output • Drive the development of presentations, proposals, and strategic recommendations • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand Snowball’s impact within client organizations • Support clients beyond scope when needed, stepping in to help with briefs, internal storytelling, and decision-making • Champion great work internally, fostering strong collaboration between client and creative teams • Maintain a high bar for execution, communication, and overall client experience
• 8–12+ years of experience in account management, client services, or brand/marketing roles • Experience operating at the Account Director level or equivalent, managing multiple clients and leading teams • Proven ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships and operate as a strategic partner • Strong understanding of brand, marketing, and storytelling, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to creative strategy • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening, synthesis, and clear playback • Ability to read between the lines, uncover insights, and translate them into actionable direction • Experience leading cross-functional teams across creative, production, and strategy • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment • A quick study who can ramp on new industries and businesses with ease
