📋 Description

• Coach, mentor, and elevate a world-class team of Partner Development Managers. • Own and execute a forward-thinking partner strategy focused on innovative ISVs and Data Providers. • Build deep relationships with Snowflake’s sales teams and sales leadership, serving as the primary point of contact and escalation point for joint sales with our industry ecosystem. • Work closely with Product, Industry GTM, Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure the partner ecosystem strategy aligns with Snowflake’s broader corporate roadmap and product releases. • Drive operational excellence by tracking team performance, partner success metrics, revenue outcomes, and customer impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in tech sales, partner development, alliances, or business development—ideally within cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) and enterprise data platforms. • 3+ years of direct people management experience leading high-performing partner or sales teams within a matrixed tech organization. • Deep knowledge of these industry domains and its specific use cases, such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, predictive maintenance, logistics, and supplier risk. • Proven success building partner ecosystems, owning GTM motions, developing joint value messaging, and executing field sales co-sell programs. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to confidently present and align with internal and external C-suite leadership.
