📋 Description

• Control and manage consulting projects within time and budget • Ensure team capacity utilization through acquisition, coordination, and planning • Plan and control team and project budgets • Manage project budgeting, timing, and success • Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to the team • Conduct employee and salary discussions within budget • Define employee development plans and provide professional mentoring • Independently acquire projects and orders, including cost estimation and solution creation • Serve as Account Manager for SNP Transformations, Inc. • Maintain 100% team utilization • Support other customers within the area of responsibility • Organize, prepare, and present quarterly customer discussions • Present SNP development and sales activities to customers • Acquire new customers • Coordinate projects with customer-side responsible parties • Create and present project and status reports to customers • Provide strategic and management consulting within the finance area • Create specialist concepts and cost estimates for customer proposals • Consult and customize classic SAP FI, FI-AA, and CO modules • Consult and customize SNP Administration in classic SAP modules • Develop selective migration concepts including transformation components • Implement specialist concepts in SAP ECC and S/4 environments • Implement SNP administration requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline • Minimum 8–10 years’ experience working in an SLT organization, either within SAP or a SNP competitor • Minimum 5 full-cycle ERP transformation projects • Extensive hands-on experience with project methodologies and implementation • Cross-functional SAP ERP experience in process and discrete manufacturing industries • Experience integrating SAP ERP with Sales Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain • Experience managing third-party consultants across multiple sites and countries • Willingness and capability to learn new skills, technology, and job-related knowledge • Prior experience operating in complex global IT organizational structures • Participation in multiple multinational/multicultural SAP projects across various industries • Hands-on experience with definition/mapping, including country specifics, systems configuration, data migration, organizational change management, project methodology compliance, integration work-plan development, team/project leadership, and team formation • Prior team-building and management experience highly desirable • Business proficiency and fluency in German and English preferred • Must be located in the US
