📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of partnerships and custom integrations: sourcing, qualification, outreach, negotiation, commercial and technical alignment, launch, and initial performance monitoring • Close the current priority pipeline for various partnerships • Run cold outreach to partners and affiliates on an ongoing basis • Maintain a live, prioritized partner list per objective • Track competitors and competing affiliate programs • Hand off signed, running partnerships to affiliate managers

🎯 Requirements

• Full-cycle BD/sales/affiliate experience — cold sourcing, outreach, qualification, negotiation, commercial terms • A nose for non-standard traffic sources and partners • Working knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare and hybrid models, channel economics, traffic quality, and fraud risk • Technical literacy: tracking, pixels, postback/S2S, attribution, APIs, integration requirements • Comfort with ad-platform compliance processes • Partner pipeline/CRM discipline and clean database hygiene • Strong business English • Structured, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity
