📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end data transfer projects, including data review, mapping, SQL development, beta transfer, validation, and final deployment • Manage a high-volume pipeline of concurrent client implementation projects • Develop and maintain SQL scripts using joins, updates, and data manipulation logic • Obtain client data through extraction guidance or direct retrieval when access is granted • Lead or support client mapping sessions and document field-alignment decisions • Enforce data submission standards and project scope requirements • Communicate with clients regarding scheduling and completion of mapping, beta review, and final submission milestones • Identify and escalate data quality, client responsiveness, and project scope risks • Validate data through record counts, field validation, and system testing • Document mapping decisions, transformation logic, project updates, client interactions, issues, and resolutions in Salesforce and internal systems • Collaborate with Onboarding Coordinators, Sales, and internal teams • Execute billable professional services work such as database cleanup, code standardization, deduplication, and one-off data requests • Respond to Sales and onboarding inquiries about data transfer processes and technical capabilities • Identify escalated client issues and coordinate resolution • Participate in special projects and additional responsibilities • Use AI tools to support data mapping, evaluation, and script generation while reviewing and refining outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in PA, NJ, NH, DE, CO, SD, TX, WY, AK, or FL to be a W-2 employee • Proficiency in SQL Server, including queries, joins, updates, and basic data transformation logic • Strong understanding of database usage and relational database concepts • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal teams • Strong attention to detail in data validation, documentation, and quality control • Ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately • Ability to follow defined processes consistently • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce CRM, Slack, and other internal systems • Ability to maintain accurate project documentation • Ability to leverage AI tools for data mapping and script generation while validating output • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 1–3 years of experience working with SQL, data transformation, or database-related roles • Experience working with relational databases preferred • Experience managing multiple projects or tasks simultaneously preferred • Previous client-facing or customer service experience preferred • Familiarity with nonprofit data structures and systems is a plus
