📋 Description

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to support sprint execution • Maintain sprint backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery metrics using Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools • Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items • Prepare sprint status reports, dashboards, and delivery updates • Support release planning, change coordination, and continuous process improvement • Conduct requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions • Analyze business processes and document functional and nonfunctional requirements • Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Create workflow diagrams, process maps, use cases, and wireframes • Maintain requirements traceability and clarify requirements with development teams • Support application demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, and user training • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing • Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders • Document, track, prioritize, and retest defects • Validate application functionality against approved requirements and acceptance criteria • Support automated, performance, accessibility, and security testing initiatives • Prepare testing status reports, defect metrics, and release-readiness assessments • Support production release validation and post-deployment testing • Develop user guides, training materials, process documentation, and standard operating procedures • Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, risk registers, and decision logs

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen required • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coordinating Agile delivery activities • Strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Experience developing and executing software test plans, test cases, and test scripts • Experience performing functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, TFS, or comparable Agile/project management tools • Experience with defect tracking, requirements traceability, and release validation • Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, analytical, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across Agile coordination, business analysis, and quality assurance • 10+ years of combined experience in Agile delivery, business analysis, or software quality assurance • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification preferred • CBAP, CCBA, ISTQB, or similar professional certification preferred • Experience supporting Microsoft Azure-based enterprise applications preferred • Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility testing and WCAG standards preferred • Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Playwright preferred • Experience with SQL queries, API testing, and Postman preferred • Experience supporting Federal Government or regulated enterprise projects preferred • Experience developing training materials and facilitating end-user training sessions preferred • Must have federal experience • Must have 10+ years of combined experience in Agile delivery, business analysis, or software quality assurance
