📋 Description

• Accountable for the performance of defined Supply Chains and primary point of contact for Business Leadership teams • Define objectives and projects to meet required performance • Lead and manage Supply Chain Professionals and be accountable for talent • Own SIOP and S&OE supply processes within the Supply Chains • Provide leadership to ensure customer needs are adequately met • Meet inventory financial objectives and manage inventory health • Develop action plans for slow-moving inventory and drive them to resolution • Own supply plans across the 0–24 month horizon and execute plans to meet orders • Work with Supply Planners to understand and communicate customer demand • Meet OTIF service levels, report root causes, and drive corrective actions • Manage freight and warehouse costs and identify footprint and optimization opportunities • Own SIOP Supply Review and S&OE processes and deliverables • Escalate issues through SIOP process steps and support planning tools, data, systems, and inventory management • Define stocking strategies and implement MRP and stocking policies • Partner with Business Leadership, Procurement, Quality, Transportation and Warehousing, Demand, and Commercial teams • Manage onboarding, performance, development, and capabilities of Supply Chain Professionals • Drive continuous improvement and data integrity for accurate and reliable supply plans • Manage Distribution Center MRP settings with Supply Planners • Develop and lead multi-phased improvement plans for people, process, tools, data, and performance • Own performance metrics including OTIF, revenue slippage, inventory dollars, inventory health, and supply chain metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree • 5+ years of experience in materials management fields such as Purchasing, Sourcing, Operations or Planning • Business & Financial Acumen • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP or similar ERP system, Business Warehouse • Excellent communication (written, verbal), logic, and reasoning skills • Effective communication for all Stakeholders • ASCM CPIM or CSCP Certification (preferred; can obtain on the job)
