📋 Description

• Own performance of defined supply chains and serve as primary contact for Business Leadership teams • Define objectives and projects to meet required supply-chain performance • Lead Supply Chain Professionals and manage talent within the supply chains • Own SIOP and S&OE supply processes • Ensure customer needs and OTIF service levels are met • Manage inventory dollars and inventory health, including slow-moving inventory action plans • Own the 0–24 month Supply Plan and its execution against approved demand and orders • Report root causes and drive corrective actions for performance misses • Manage freight and warehouse cost optimization opportunities • Own SIOP Supply Review and S&OE process deliverables • Escalate issues within the SIOP process and support planning-tool alignment • Define stocking strategies and execute MRP and stocking policies • Position the supply-chain organization to partner with business, procurement, quality, transportation, warehousing, demand, and commercial teams • Manage onboarding, performance, development, and capabilities of Supply Chain Professionals • Drive continuous improvement, data integrity, reliable supply plans, and Distribution Center MRP settings • Lead service-level analysis, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and multi-phased improvement plans • Manage performance metrics including OTIF, revenue slippage, inventory dollars, inventory health, MPS performance, and freight

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree • 5+ years of experience in materials management fields such as Purchasing, Sourcing, Operations, or Planning • Business and financial acumen • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP system • Proficiency in Business Warehouse • Excellent written and verbal communication, logic, and reasoning skills • Effective communication with all stakeholders • ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification preferred; can obtain on the job
