📋 Description

• Conduct routine service visits, perform system testing, and ensure optimal performance of water treatment programs. • Document all service activities through detailed reports and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders. • Maintain accurate records of onsite chemical inventory. • Partner with Sales Account Managers to design, implement, and optimize water treatment programs. • Troubleshoot technical issues at customer sites and support the development of corrective action plans. • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and assist with business development efforts at prospective sites. • Analyze operational data to evaluate program performance and recommend improvements. • Ensure all work is completed in a safe, compliant, and customer-focused manner.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred. • 2–5 years of experience in industrial water treatment or a similar field preferred. • Ability to travel locally to customer sites on a regular basis. • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships.
