📋 Description

• Manage accounts and territory to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets and quotas • Use data and analytics to inform business planning • Complete essential business planning requirements and maintain sales call data using Salesforce.com • Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities and constraints • Demonstrate proficiency after successfully completing the sales training program • Leverage hospital networks and contacts to identify expansion and conversion opportunities • Manage relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders, including surgeons • Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of products • Attend procedures and product placements • Increase utilization mix of advanced therapies, including NPIs • Persuade hospital stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products • Provide customer support and service • Support conferences, trade shows, and symposiums • Work in a field-based territory with up to 20% anticipated overnight travel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND minimum 2 years sales, clinical, or related experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 6 years sales, clinical, or related experience • Current and valid driver’s license • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power Point, and Outlook • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off • May be required to possess licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications required by healthcare or third-party facilities • Proven track record of quota and target attainment • Prior wound care, medical device, or operating room sales/clinical experience • Proven experience in territory management and business planning • Demonstrated expertise establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers, such as surgeons • Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas • Customer-focused selling and closing • Experience navigating complex selling cycles • Completion of a formal sales training program • Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce • Experience with new product introductions and the value analysis process • Outstanding data and analytical skills
