📋 Description

• Serve as a consultative wound healing expert and primary contact for hospital wound care decision makers • Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products • Attend procedures and product placements in hospital care settings • Deliver sustainable business growth through account and territory management against sales targets • Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities • Educate clinicians on product use, including inservicing • Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders • Use clinical and economic evidence to advocate for therapy adoption, advanced solutions, and new product introductions • Persuade key stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products • Provide customer support and service • Demonstrate proficiency after completing the sales training program • Use company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking • Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums • Travel in a field-based role with up to 20% overnight travel anticipated

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Current, valid Driver’s License • Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review • Maintain ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Proven track record of sales quota and target attainment • Prior wound care or medical device sales experience • Experience establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers • Experience in territory management and business planning • Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas • Customer-focused selling and closing experience • Experience navigating complex selling cycles • Completion of a formal sales training program • Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce • Experience navigating new product introductions and the value analysis process • Outstanding data and analytical skills
