📋 Description

• Negotiate and close large sales opportunities through persuasive presentations to individuals and groups • Meet and exceed sales targets while managing administrative and CRM responsibilities • Solve complex problems in a highly competitive environment • Analyze point-of-sale and market-share data to determine where to allocate resources • Collaborate and share knowledge with people across different organizational segments • Travel domestically up to 35%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and at least 3 years of sales experience, or High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and at least 5 years of dental-industry experience • Current, valid Driver’s License • Personal vehicle required for company business • Participation in Solventum’s FAVR program • Successful pre-hire motor vehicle record review • Ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy and insurance requirements • Annual driver-policy sign-off • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without employment-visa sponsorship • Five years of oral-care sales experience preferred • Data analytics experience preferred • Knowledge or experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
