📋 Description

• Supervise a global team of Strategic Procurement category personnel ranging from Analysts to Managers • Interpret global industry trends, customer requirements, and business objectives to define objectives and deliver results for Corporate Services • Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for assigned Corporate Services categories • Establish and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost and service benefits • Negotiate and establish supplier contract agreements • Hold suppliers accountable to competitive prices, high quality, and best-in-class service • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sourcing strategies and procurement guidelines and processes • Lead complex, high-value projects and initiatives with broad corporate implications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and nine (9) years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, or Legal in a private, public, government or military environment, OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 17 years of experience in Strategic Procurement • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics and Supply Chain from an accredited institution • Strong negotiation skills with attention to detail • Skilled written and oral communications • Working knowledge of Corporate Services supplier markets • Strong stakeholder management/influencing skills at a senior level • Strong business, contract language, and financial acumen • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • May include up to 15% domestic/international travel
