📋 Description

• Provide technical support for Solventum products for Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity Solutions • Collaborate with customers to understand needs and ensure successful deployment designs, implementations, and deployment changes • Collaborate with third-party vendors to support product integrations with other systems • Support the HIS Division’s business plan goals and objectives • Provide in-depth technical service to maintain a stable product installation environment • Participate in cross-functional and user acceptance testing • Participate in cross-team collaboration projects and promote best practices • Create presentations, guides, and participate in onsite meetings to ensure client success • Attend kick-off meetings for new projects • Stay involved throughout implementation to ensure client and business success • Complete support handoff once customers are fully deployed and stable • Manage customer, project team, and leadership relationships across multifunctional teams • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and at least five (5) years of technical support or technical implementation experience • OR High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology Support in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education • Five (5) years of experience with design, configuration and implementation of server based client deployment models • Two (2) years of experience with implementation and troubleshooting of virtual desktop technologies • Experience with VMware ESX and Citrix technologies • Strong understanding of Windows desktop and server version deployments • Strong understanding of Mac desktop deployments • Strong understanding of bulk deployment tools such as SCCM or Intune • Familiarity with electronic medical records such as Epic, Meditech, and Cerner • Experience communicating at C Suite level down to front line customers • System operations, including monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting • Professional verbal and written communication skills in front of a large audience • Analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills • Ability to interpret technical instructions and communicate effectively with clients of various technical skill levels • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
