📋 Description

• Manage a sales territory focused on customer support, growth, and strong relationships • Manage accounts and territories to deliver sustainable business growth against targets and quotas • Use data and analytics to inform business planning • Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities and constraints • Leverage hospital networks and contacts to identify expansion and conversion opportunities • Persuade key account stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products • Manage relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders • Increase mix of NPIs • Collaborate with channel, distribution, and kitting partners on relationships and mutually beneficial tactics/programs • Provide in-service education, technical support, and product troubleshooting • Leverage publications and industry guidelines to influence product adoption and standardization • Drive contract compliance and standardization opportunities • Demonstrate proficiency after completing the sales training program • Consult with clinicians on safe and effective product use • Complete business planning requirements and maintain sales call data in Salesforce.com • Support conferences, trade shows, and symposiums • Use a personal vehicle for company business and participate in Solventum’s FAVR program • Travel in a field-based territory with up to 50% overnight travel anticipated

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and two (2) years of sales, clinical or related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of sales, clinical or related experience • Current, valid Driver’s License • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • May need to possess facility-required licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications for entry • Proven track record of quota and target attainment • Prior vascular access sales/clinical experience • Proven experience in territory management and business planning • Demonstrated expertise establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers • Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas • Customer-focused selling and closing • Experience navigating complex selling cycles • Completion of a formal sales training program • Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce • Experience with new product introductions and value analysis processes • Outstanding data and analytical skills • Experience collaborating with distribution channel partners • Understanding of hospital-acquired infections and how to reduce them • Industry affiliations such as INS or APIC
