📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve the FDO portfolio intake and governance process, including demand capture, qualification, prioritization, routing, SLA monitoring, decision tracking, and escalation • Maintain Jira as the single source of truth for FDO demand, priorities, ownership, milestones, risks, decisions, capacity, and status • Lead stakeholder communications and executive reporting on priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and business value • Project manage high-priority FDO initiatives across cross-functional teams • Establish scope, governance, workplans, milestones, resource needs, success measures, and accountability • Monitor and report portfolio performance, including capacity, budget, pipeline health, backlog, throughput, SLA performance, risks, and value realization • Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management practices, governance, and reporting standards • Identify short- and long-term capacity needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Engineering, Business, Business Administration or Information Technology AND eight (8) years of progressive experience in project and/or portfolio management • OR Highschool/GED AND twelve (12) years of progressive experience in project and/or portfolio management • PMP or PgMP Certification • Three (3) years experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives • Three (3) years experience with Jira, portfolio management tool or Power BI and executive reporting platforms • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple high priority projects • Ability to communicate effectively to leadership on progress and recommendations on removing barriers • Ability to manage a small team of professionals successfully • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
