📋 Description

• Track core product metrics such as user growth and retention • Assess product health and identify trends • Analyze customer journey data and feedback to uncover user friction points • Recommend actionable feature improvements • Partner with product managers and engineers to design features, measure outcomes, and validate feature performance • Assist in developing product roadmaps • Communicate with design, development, and marketing teams • Conduct competitive analysis and industry benchmarking • Analyze product usage, user trends, and drop-off points • Execute tests and experiments to evaluate new features or changes • Support product, engineering, and design teams with data for project decisions • Coordinate accurate and consistent product data tracking • Prepare reports and dashboards showing product performance and key trends • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher • Four years of project management or similar experience in a private, public, government, or military environment • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to create and analyze reports • Familiarity with feature/bug tracking tools like JIRA • Basic understanding of setting up and evaluating product tests • Ability to evaluate ambiguous problems, question assumptions, and connect data points to real-world business outcomes • Ability to work effectively alongside engineers, designers, product managers, and business leaders with differing priorities • Ability to translate complex technical findings and charts into clear, compelling narratives that drive action • Ability to investigate anomalies or unexpected user patterns without step-by-step guidance • Ability to pivot between multiple projects and shifting business priorities in a fast-paced environment • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
