📋 Description

• Develop and maintain partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams • Drive adoption of Restrata®, Solventum’s synthetic, resorbable biomaterial, and related product lines • Provide case coverage, compliant product demonstrations, education, clinical support, procedural guidance, and hands-on intraoperative support during surgical procedures • Manage and grow assigned product sales within a defined geographic territory • Meet or exceed revenue and growth objectives • Develop and execute territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management • Build and sustain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments and sites of care • Support the Acera product portfolio and evidence-based wound care technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales; OR High School Diploma/GED AND 9+ years’ experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales • Current, valid Driver’s License • Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility • Must comply with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • May need to possess licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications required by healthcare or third-party facilities • Up to 90% travel within the sales territory may be required
