📋 Description

• Develop and execute the long-term infrastructure strategy • Maintain accountability for day-to-day operation, performance, and reliability of enterprise systems • Provide strategic direction and oversight across the design, development, operation, and support lifecycle of IT systems across multiple divisions • Balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership, infrastructure initiatives, complex troubleshooting, and critical project execution • Guide adoption of emerging technologies in infrastructure and security products and services • Mature IT processes through Agile and DevOps practices • Introduce innovative infrastructure and operations capabilities • Build stakeholder relationships and advise IT and business leaders on cost-effective IT service delivery • Create and align an IT value map linking business outcomes to future-state capabilities • Manage the annual IT infrastructure budget • Define, develop, and manage an integrated ITSM landscape • Enable cost-effective shared solutions through influencing and negotiation • Improve cloud reliability, availability, maintainability, and cost-benefit; develop fault-tolerant tools • Oversee strategic vendor and partner relationships • Work with HR and IT leadership to develop and execute workforce plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field • 5–7+ years of total IT experience, including 3–5+ years in a technology leadership role managing enterprise infrastructure strategy, technical implementation, and team operations • Ability to operate effectively at strategic and tactical levels • Experience leading enterprise technology strategy with understanding of infrastructure operations and technical implementation • Hands-on technology leadership experience, including technical discussions, architecture review, complex troubleshooting, and implementation support • Track record of delivering results through leadership and direct involvement in key initiatives • Awareness of DevOps methodologies and mindset • Experience building hybrid workplace secure solutions • Experience establishing and improving DevOps, Cyber Security, and other working practices • Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills • Ability to move between strategic planning, team leadership, project execution, and operational problem-solving • Strong business acumen and enterprise domain knowledge • Ability to develop and execute strategic staffing plans • Knowledge of leading cloud adoption at scale, including governance, migration projects, and IT target operating model changes • Ability to build best-in-class infrastructure and operations with world-class benchmark metrics
