📋 Description

• Lead EDI Implementations & Enhancements • Support new EDI implementations and expansion opportunities across operating companies. • Manage the full EDI lifecycle, including requirements gathering, partner onboarding, testing, validation, deployment, and post-go-live support. • Troubleshoot & Resolve EDI Issues • Investigate and resolve transaction-related issues, particularly within ANSI X12 transaction sets such as 844, 849, and 845. • Train & Support End Users • Deliver training and guidance to operating company teams on EDI processes, monitoring, and best practices. • Drive Continuous Improvement • Evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting EDI systems or related EDI-focused roles. • Experience working with ANSI X12 transactions and EDI standards. • Familiarity with transaction sets such as 844, 849, and 845. • Working knowledge of ERP systems supporting pricing, rebate, or related business processes. • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Experience supporting pricing, rebate, distribution, or wholesale business processes. • Background implementing or supporting EDI integrations within ERP environments. • Experience creating and delivering user training programs. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
