📋 Description

• Provide proactive sales and operational support to maximize customer engagement, accelerate opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience • Support quote and pricing requests • Monitor order and shipment status • Manage purchase order and invoice activities • Assist with territory planning and customer events • Coordinate sales-related communications • Help drive timely resolution of customer issues • Maintain accurate sales records • Provide reporting and business insights • Assist with sales analytics supporting strategic decision-making • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Business Development teams to identify process improvements • Support account growth initiatives • Strengthen engagement with reseller, distributor, consultant, and end-user partners • Liaise with customers, sales, operations, customer service, finance, and supply chain teams throughout the sales cycle

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of related sales support, inside sales, customer service, operations, or business support experience • Demonstrated analytical skills with experience interpreting and reporting business data • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build collaborative working relationships • High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced business environment • Honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct • Experience working with SAP preferred • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred • Experience supporting sales organizations within professional AV, technology, consumer electronics, or related industries preferred • Strong understanding of sales operations, order management, and forecasting processes preferred • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
