📋 Description

• Conduct weekly outbound sales calls and proactive agency communications • Increase production in quotes and written premium • Engage agencies in an assigned state or territory to meet and exceed annual goals • Work alongside field sales executives to identify sales opportunities and grow revenue profitably • Develop and manage agency relationships to achieve sales quotas and business objectives • Execute outbound sales call goals • Identify and resolve issues affecting profitable growth and company/agency perception • Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to achieve team goals and agent growth • Drive new agency appointments through the defined onboarding process • Participate in and lead agency training sessions • Manage agency relationships toward quote adoption and positive production • Participate in strategy and tactical meetings with field Sales partners and Inside Sales leadership • Attend insurance association conventions, seminars, trade shows, and agency-related functions

🎯 Requirements

• Insurance experience highly preferred but not necessary • College degree preferred • Bilingual Spanish is a plus • Ability to interpret statistical data from company reports and build action plans • Effective communication skills • Acceptable public speaking ability • Flexible nature and highly motivated self-starter • Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Time management skills • Occasional field travel and agency visits required
